Temasek*CT party
Went to TJC for Geog and Lit lectures yesterday. Saw LingZhi at the geog lect but she din go fer de Lit one. I guess i kinda understand why now. At a few points in the lecture, it wuz pretty disturbing. Then the constant mention of christianity and religion in the wrong way. A bit of a conflict with our religion. But, it was a good lit lect, somehow. We were doing Gothic, my most not loved component of lit. Both lects were good, interesting, understandable. A different approach frm NY.
And yesterday wuz also the CT party. Wuz alright i guess... but wasn really into it cuz kept looking at the time (U see, i need loads of time to get home, it wuz NEWTON.) We ate loads of chips with dips, ate pasta and pizza etc. Daniel was playing chirstian songs on the guitar which i've never heard before, den he started playing some other songs like yue liang dao biao wo de xin (??) We chatted alot. Then Jamie's younger brother, Michael came home. My initial picture of him in my mind (ACS, Hockey team...) wuz pretty much changed when i saw the actual M(or so Jamie calls him). He was abt Jamie's height, which would be deemed cute for a girl, but er... short for a guy (he's sec 3) But i guess he hasn started his growth spurt. U couldn really tell he was ACS or in GEP until he open his mouth and that ACS accent with pretty not bad vocab flowed out. Yupz. Haha. Jamie has a not so big room, yet it was organised well enuf to make all of us gasp. And make me feel like i'd better take a day off to tidy up my room. haha. Joyce at 1:54 PM
